HOME MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
All packages include an in-person consultation to discuss projects and materials.
Handyman for a half day : 4 hours of services- $ 250 - Recommended for home upkeep & a few smaller projects
Handyman for a day : 8 hours of services- $400-Recommended for a larger project or a list of smaller projects
Handyman for a week : 8 hours per day for 5 days : $1850 - Recommended for larger projects such as remodels etc.

Meet JJ! JJ has been working with his hands from a very young age. He has a wide range of experience including residential and commercial construction with positions ranging from general construction to project management. In 2017, JJ started JCCP Properties LLC, and has since remodeled many properties. JJ updates and restores these homes as a one man show! His work is meticulous and you will come to know that JJ enjoys what he does! JJ is fully licensed and insured.
